Each planter leaves our factory fully calibrated with more than 50 years of engineering expertise and over 30 years of North American research and development in every component of every row unit, down to the nuts and bolts. Our track record speaks to the Engineering Advantage of owning a Monosem® planter:
• First North American Precision Vacuum Planter
• First Twin-Row Planter
• First Seed Stagger for Twin-Row
• First Mini-Seed Vacuum Planter
• First Factory Planter Manufactured with Tracks

Monosem Engineers work closely with Production Technicians to assure high quality standards throughout the Production cycle.

The Production process starts with orders set up by Monosem Engineering Department. Before going to the production teams, all custom configurations are laid out on the computer to customer specifications.

After configuration set-up, each order is then assembled by Production Teams of Monosem Technicians.

When assembled, the custom-built Monosem planter is calibrated and then shipped ready for planting. Our productions teams take pride in each planter – as the owner will take pride in the exceptional results that only custom precision planting can bring.
